Our Services
There are three levels of service. If you choose not to be part of any of them, we will view you as a transactional client. This means we will not update your file or be in touch with you unless necessary but we will act when you need us and at that point we will agree a fee for any work that we undertake.
Silver Service Level
This basic review service is for clients who want to know that their file is kept up to date, that we monitor major changes in the markets and who want to receive a yearly report of funds we look after.
The annual fee is between £250 and £750 a year but can vary depending on extra work requested.
The main feature of this service is a yearly valuation by post or email. This provides comments on investment markets and our expertise in asset allocation and fund selection.
Gold Service Level
Our more comprehensive review service is aimed at clients who have a minimum of £100,000 that we look after or for clients and businesses who require a more detailed review of their financial position.
The fee is a minimum of £750 a year, usually deducted from the funds we look after and again it is dependent on the amount and complexity of the work
The main features of this service are:-
- a face to face meeting once a year
- two reports a year containing market commentary, performance analysis and plan valuations
- access to our expertise in asset allocation, fund selection, ongoing monitoring and rebalancing with fund switches if agreed with you first
- file and database updates in respect of plans and investments
All additional reviews, valuations, meetings or specific advice will be subject to an agreed fee.
Platinum Service Level
This is a full, pro-active financial planning service typically for clients with at least £250,000 of invested assets.
The minimum fee is £1,500 a year but is usually based on assets under management
It includes all the features of the Gold service plus:-
- priority response from staff via telephone, email and advisers mobile within office hours
- a suggested minimum of two face to face meetings each year
- an overall review of your concerns and matters that need attention
- a strategic and tactical investment review with a specific action plan
- advice on changes to pension legislation and how they may affect you
- insurance policy review and considerations for estate planning
- a ‘remove the hassle' service to sort through paperwork and clarify details where necessary
- provision of information to your other professional advisers
In the event that this does not cover all the required advice, further specific work will be carried out subject to an agreed fee.
